Payments & Withdrawal

Reviewer balances become withdrawable after 7 days of each review’s approval. This holding window protects buyers while we verify that the review stays live and meets guidelines.
The 7-day timer starts from the review’s approved_at timestamp.

The corresponding amount is kept on hold and the reviewer is notified to restore it. If they fail within the warranty, the amount is refunded to the buyer.

We support multiple methods (subject to region): bank transfer, major wallets, and crypto rails. Network/provider fees may apply and are shown before you confirm a withdrawal.

For compliance and fraud prevention, high-risk or high-volume accounts may be asked to complete KYC before withdrawals. We keep it lightweight and secure.

Non-Drop Guarantee & Disputes

Reviewers provide a non-drop guarantee for the reviews they complete, and the website holds and enforces it by controlling balances and resolving disputes fairly.

1) Buyer raises a dispute with reason and proof. 2) Reviewer is notified to restore/replace. 3) If not fixed within warranty, funds tied to the review are refunded to the buyer. All steps are tracked via tickets.

Maximum uphold warranty is up to 1 year, varying by the price slab of your order.

Use the Reject button on a review and include a short reason. A support ticket is created automatically and our team moderates fairly based on your instructions and platform rules.

Earnings & Responsibilities

Follow buyer instructions and platform policies; keep the review visible. If it drops within warranty, restore or replace promptly to avoid balance holds/refunds.
