1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering on buyerreviewer.com (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Do not register or use this website if you do not fully agree with these Terms.
2. Nature of Service
The Platform is a marketplace connecting Buyers (who order reviews) and Reviewers (who perform tasks).
We provide secure escrow, wallet management, and non-drop review warranty enforcement.
The Platform acts only as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for review content or third-party platform policies.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Only one account per individual is allowed. Multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension.
- Use of temporary or disposable emails, fake identities, multiple Telegram accounts, VPN, or IP masking is strictly prohibited.
- Detected multi-account or suspicious activity leads to instant ban and forfeiture of wallet balance.
- Reviewers may perform only one review per device per day per country. Violation results in permanent restriction.
4. Wallet & Balance Policy
- Balances are maintained in a secure in-platform wallet system.
- Reviewer balances become withdrawable 7 days after review approval (holding window for verification and quality control).
- If a review is rejected, the amount is not automatically refunded. Buyers must contact Support to process refunds.
- Balances under dispute, warranty, or investigation remain on hold until resolution.
Withdrawable balance = Approved reviews older than 7 days and not under dispute.
5. Non-Drop Guarantee & Warranty
The Platform enforces a Non-Drop Guarantee for all reviews performed by verified reviewers.
Reviewers are obligated to maintain reviews live during the warranty period.
- If a review drops, the corresponding balance is automatically placed on hold.
- Reviewers must restore the review within the warranty period; failure results in refund to the buyer.
- The website ensures coverage up to 1 year depending on the price slab:
- $0–$2.99 → 30–60 days warranty
- $3–$6.99 → 90–180 days warranty
- $7–$9.99 → 6–9 months warranty
- $10+ → Up to 12 months warranty
- Warranty does not apply if the review is removed by the platform due to buyer-side policy violations.
6. Dispute Resolution
Buyers can open disputes using the built-in Support Center.
The Platform will investigate and decide fairly. Reviewers who fail to respond or fix issues may have balances held or forfeited.
Platform decisions after review of evidence are final and binding.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for reviews covered under warranty and confirmed as non-restorable.
- Refunds go to buyer wallet credits — not external methods.
- If a review is rejected, refund is not instant; buyers must request support review.
- Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days depending on verification process.
8. Reviewer Responsibilities
- Must provide genuine and policy-compliant reviews.
- Must not use automation, fake accounts, or manipulated content.
- Must maintain the review during warranty coverage.
- Violation of quality, authenticity, or platform rules leads to forfeiture of balance and permanent ban.
9. Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers must provide clear, legitimate, and legal campaign details.
- Misleading or prohibited requests (e.g., political, adult, or defamatory content) are not allowed.
- Campaigns cannot be cancelled once reviewers are assigned.
- Buyers are required to approve or reject reviews within the set timeframe.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Using fake or temporary emails, VPNs, or proxy servers to bypass regional restrictions.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, referrals, or balance limits.
- Submitting low-quality, copied, or AI-generated reviews.
- Communicating with buyers or reviewers outside the platform.
- Manipulating transactions, balances, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
11. Platform Responsibility & Disclaimer
- The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and reviewers.
- We are not responsible for external platform policies (Google, Amazon, etc.) removing or moderating reviews.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or loss due to external server or hosting issues.
- If the website fails, goes offline, or becomes non-operational for any reason, the company bears no legal liability for any direct or indirect losses.
- All users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
12. Fees & Taxes
- Platform may charge network or gateway fees during withdrawals.
- All users are solely responsible for declaring and paying their local taxes.
13. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
- Balances may be withheld pending investigation of suspicious or fraudulent activities.
- Banned users lose access to wallet balances and cannot create new accounts.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform, its owners, affiliates, and staff are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Downtime, maintenance delays, or third-party service issues.
- Any loss caused by force majeure, internet failure, or natural disasters.
In any case, the total liability of the Platform shall not exceed the transaction value associated with the dispute.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, or other jurisdiction specified by the platform.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent courts within that jurisdiction.
16. Policy Updates
The Platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
